The board of directors unanimously voted to move the Annual General Meeting for the Kawartha Nordic Ski Club to the fall. The AGM will be held this year on September 13, 2010. The financial year end still remains as March 31st, and the fall AGM will allow the accountants more time to complete the audit. The fall date will coincide nicely with the start up of membership renewals, trail work, and program and volunteer planning for the upcoming season. All members will receive official notice of the AGM at least 10 days prior. Election of the directors will happen at the AGM as it has in the past.
