Fall Volunteer Trail and Prep Work
Come and join us for a fall wander through the KN trails, while assisting with preperations for the upcoming ski season.
The fall work weekends include Oct 26th & 27th, Nov 2nd & 3rd & 9th & 10th. Work shifts are 9am - 12pm and 12pm-3pm, (or whenever you are available between 9am and 3pm)
- firewood cut , chopped, split and dispersed to piles
- Trails cleared of debris, deadfall, rocks and trimmed back
- Touch up paint jobs
- Trailside cabin cleaning
- Building area grass mowed
There are a few loppers, clippers and axes onsite, or bring your own if you can.
Be sure to dress for the forecasted conditions and a warm fire and hot chocolate will be available in the Woodfine Lodge.
Please sign in at the Woodfine Lodge, when you arrive (and again to sign out when you leave). There you can choose a suitable task for your volunteer time.
