Join us for a volunteer appreciation session prior to the annual general meeting - all are welcome! The fun begins at 7pm (location tbc) and offers a chance for all to meet and mingle. This event is a great opportunity not only to hear about the exciting plans for the club, but also to meet some of our dedicated volunteers and learn what a placement at the club could look like for you.  If you have ever considered volunteering with us, this would be a great opportunity to learn more!

There will be light snacks and a cash bar beginning at 7pm with the AGM portion kicking off at 7:45pm.

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the KAWARTHA NORDIC SKI CLUB, INCORPORATED will be held on Monday November 17, 2025 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. In addition to the electing our directors and receiving the annual and financial report, come on out to hear other updates.

Nominations for Directors may be made in writing and filed with the Secretary seven (7) days prior to the Annual General Meeting. All members in good standing, 16 years or over, are eligible to vote.
