On October 23, we are gathering in person for an exciting evening to celebrate Kawartha Nordic's 50th Anniversarty. You don’t need to be a corporate sponsor to make a massive difference. Here are four simple ways you, your family, or your coworkers can help us build an incredible auction lineup—no stress required!

• Option 1: The $5 Office Challenge

  Don’t want to solicit random businesses? Ask 10 people in your office, your neighborhood, or your family to pitch in just $5. Take that $50 and purchase a gift card to a local shop or restaurant. Bonus points: Ask the business if they’d be willing to match your $50 to make it a $100 card! Gift cards are consistently the highest-bidding items at auctions.

• Option 2: Feed a Theme Basket

  We’ve set up a SignUpGenius form with specific themes like "Cozy Cabin" and "Morning Brew." You don't have to build the whole thing—just sign up to bring a single bag of your favorite coffee, a beautiful mug, or a warm pair of trail socks. We will aggregate them into stunning, high-value baskets!

• Option 3: Team Up for a Group Basket

  Get your regular ski crew, paddle buddies, or family together to curate a standalone basket. Choose a theme you love (e.g., "Date Night," "Backyard BBQ," or "Bookworm Haven") and pool your resources to build something unique.
