Registrations received after our enrollment cap has been reached will be place on a waiting list. The board of directors unanimously voted to move the Annual General Meeting for the Kawartha Nordic Ski Club to the fall. The AGM will be held this year on September 13, 2010. The financial year end still remains as March 31st, and the fall AGM will allow the accountants more time to complete the audit. The fall date will coincide nicely with the start up of membership renewals, trail work, and program and volunteer planning for the upcoming season. All members will receive official notice of the AGM at least 10 days prior. Election of the directors will happen at the AGM as it has in the past. If you are interested in getting involved with the club, as a director, member of the executive or volunteer, please contact us.

The July newsletter (goto 'Our Club' then 'Newsletters') is now posted and contains an important message on membership fees. KNSC members received an email or mail invitation to participate in a survey. The survey is now closed and results will be posted shortly. Member feedback through the survey is important to help the board of directors understand how members feel about the quality and importance of what the club has to offer in terms of trails and services. Thank to you everyone that completed the survey.
