Forecasts are calling for a warming trend this afternoon so we will still be running Jackrabbits and Track Attack on Saturday January 30th. Please dress warmly.

 

The first on-snow training session for Kawartha Nordic ADP skiers will take place on Sunday January 3rd, 2010 from 10am to 1pm. We'll meet at the Woodfine Chalet. Skiers should bring classic and skate skis as well as their goals and events schedule.

A reminder to all Jackrabbit & Track Attack kids, parents, and staff that we begin our programs on Saturday January 9, 2010. Jackrabbits meet at the Woodfine Chalet at 1pm and Track Attackers meet one hour earlier at 12pm.

The next dryland training session for our Athlete Development Program will take place on Saturday Oct. 31. We will meet at Thomas A. Stewart Secondary School at 11:30am for a roller skiing workout. Athletes need to bring a bike helmet, ski gloves, ski boots (Salomon system binding), and their own snacks and drinks. **CANCELLED DUE TO UNCOOPERATIVE WEATHER AND A SLICK PAVEMENT CONDITIONS.**

Just a reminder about Saturday's Dryland Camp at Lakefield District Secondary School.
We'd like to start up at 10am and we'll go rain or shine. We will wrap things us by 3pm.
